Celtic have rejected an approach from Fulham for Lee Naylor.
Fulham boss Lawrie Sanchez has confirmed he made an inquiry for the former Wolves full-back.
Naylor enjoyed a fine debut season with Celtic last term helping them win the domestic double and he was linked with a call-up to the England squad.
Celtic snubbed Fulham's move and are keen to keep Naylor at Parkhead.
"I made an inquiry to Gordon about Lee Naylor," Sanchez told the Daily Mail.
"But that was as far as it got, because Gordon immediately told me that the player wasn't available for transfer. That was the end of the matter."
