Everton's veteran defender Alan Stubbs feels The Toffees need to bolster their squad if they are to impress in Europe.
David Moyes has made just two acquisitions this summer in the shape of Sheffield United's Phil Jagielka and Swindon Town youngster Lukas Jutkiewicz.
Stubbs feels Moyes will be happy with his squad, although should the chance arise to bolster then he will look to make further additions.
"I'm sure the manager is quite happy with the squad at the minute, but in an ideal world I think he would like to bring in three or four more new players," he stated.
"Whether he is going to be allowed to do that, I just don't know.
"That would be the ideal scenario for us, especially as we are going to be playing in Europe.
"It is there for us to try and push on."
